Transactions conducted through Lyve are subject to our transaction policies. Sellers are responsible for accurately describing items and fulfilling orders. Fees may apply for certain transactions.
This is for when user create costume reservation. If you agree to resell your costume on theLYVEApp you agree to our terms which include not changing any details regarding the costume listed, no changing or resetting of the costume registration email and password until after the carnival for that costume has passed. Any violation of the above terms will result in the suspension of your theLYVEapp account and the reimbursement of the full amount the costume was sold for and a penalty fee of 150.00 that would be directly debited from the connected bank account for the listing.
All content and materials on Lyve, including logos, text, graphics, and software, are the property of Lyve Inc. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of Lyve is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
